from first to last are hardly "newcomers", they got a shit load of press coverage from magazines like Kerrang! when Dear Diary came out, and that was like what, all of 2 years ago? Now they're suddenly "newcomers" again? Shows what a joke Kerrang is.

And on the amount they've achieved this year, Panic blatantly deserve to have won this award, even though I don't particularly like them and prefer some of the other bands nominated.
